Infinityfitt works on the FITT principle. To change our results we must change the Frequency, Intensity, Time or/and Type of movement we do. Our fitness is a cycle of growth much like an infinity sign. As we progress we grow. To grow we must fail, therefore failure is growth. Once we achieve one goal we must build on it to create new ones.
